07 road to Trongsa, towards the east of Bhutan!
Today a mountain road awaits us
With almost 7 hours of driving, we pass through magnificent landscapes: equatorial forest first, pine forest on the other side of the pass.
A road under construction which sometimes makes you dizzy but with sublime landscapes
It was even cut off in a place preventing all circulation
Our driver is talented and evolves in this context with great caution and skill which reassures us!
On arrival we visit a new ldquo;dzongrdquo; one of the oldest
As a reminder, the dzong are fortresses found in each district of Bhutan and which house the administration and of course temples!
after the meal, for some, the evening ended in the village where we slept, we even spent a little time with some young people from the village in a karaoke! They welcomed us with kindness and touching simplicity!
