October 13 - stroll in Bodnath
Today will be a much cooler day, strolling in the little streets around this wonderful stupa that I never tire of taking photos of.
We spoke with a young Nepalese who lived in a distant region of Nepal, he is only in Kathmandu for the high tourist season.
This region he told us is on the other side of the mountains, the path to get there is sometimes less than a meter wide with the ravine on one side! He shows us the way on video on his cell phone. For those who know, this path was filmed in the film ldquo;Himalayan Childhood of a Chefrdquo; which I recommend! Our new friend starred in this film as an extra.
