03 - discovery of thimpou

Today we started the morning with a discovery of a monastery near our hotel

We had the chance to hear a teaching on meditation by stone and especially the indication of some exercises for our stay

You will not see photos of the Interior, it is forbidden to take them inside the buildings. the rule is also very nicely expressed: as soon as you take off your shoes you are no longer allowed to take photos. and as we have to take off our shoes when entering the temples, we cannot take photos inside

Just after, as it was Sunday we could see a lot of people playing archery and darts, it#039;s the national sport here

After lunch in the city we visited the largest stupa in the country

We were even able to go inside which is magnificent

The afternoon ended with a trip to the market.
