so here is the second day in leh capital of ladakh
this day is still a day of rest to acclimatize to the altitude and that#039;s not nothing.
Arriving directly at 3500 m, you immediately feel the difficulty of breathing, your heart drops very quickly and the slightest step requires an effort.
so for 2 or 3 days, it is urgent to do nothing, sleep eat
eating here is very easy
the city abounds with Tibetan, Indian and even Western restaurants.
At the moment we only eat Tibetan and it#039;s really good.
this morning for breakfast, a great banana pancake with a large cafe au lait!
I know it#039;s not very Tibetan... :)
