October 9- return to Kathmandu
Another day of a return trip from Lumbini to Kathmandu by bus.
In distance it#039;s around 250 km but the roads are such that it takes between 8 and 10 hours to travel!
It#039;s very long but it still went very well because the landscape was superb: and for good reason, we crossed the protected park of Chaitwan, a place also popular with travelers to Nepal.
The Drivers are also very careful, it#039;s very different from India! They are going slowly and everything is going well.
We arrive around 5 p.m. in Khathmandu where a taxi takes us to the Tibetan quarter near the Bodnath Stupa where we take another magnificent and magical night walk.
