Thursday July 17, 1997 ndash; return to Sandakan
Get up at 5:30 a.m. at the Mount Kinabalu hotel.
we leave quite early for Sandakan
The return journey is quite difficult (winding)
and major works on the road stop us
more than an hour without being able to move forward
Arrive around 12 p.m., quick lunch at home then
a good nap!
In the evening, gargantuan Chinese soup at home
Afterwards, we leave with Alex and a friend from Hong Kong,
Katherine at the town ice rink
