2023 July 19 - du morne beach
It#039;s already our 15th day in Mauritius. .Everything goes by very quickly!
Today woke up around 8:30 a.m. and had a great breakfast with a view of the forest.
This morning the owners offered to drop us off at the beach of "Morne".
We accept. It#039;s a very beautiful and very long beach at the foot of a very famous cliff called Le Morne. Historically it was a place where escaped slaves hid. It is therefore also a place full of history.
It#039;s a little foggy today but the walk was very nice.
