Sunday July 13, 1997 - Sandakan
This morning, Alex and his sisters go to the Cantonese Baptist Church in Sandakan.
I stay at home.
For breakfast, I was given a French-style meal with cafe au lait and toast.
Restaurant for lunch and dinner where you eat a gargantuan “steamboat” and “Chinese BBQ”.
Namely a fondue and a Chinese barbecue.
In the evening, open-air cinema in the city, we project
